Making Payment

After your initial booking we will send you a mail
confirming your booking. Please mail back to reconfirm
and also after sending payment. Payment is through
bank wire transfer and is to be paid within four working
days.  We do reschedule or give a full money return if
we have to cancel due to weather or other reasons
which would make the airplanes operation impossible
for that day.

Conditions

Minimum age is sixteen years old. There is no height restriction
but passengers have to be under 95 kilo for the weight and
balance of the plane to be safe.
All flights are at passengers own risk and we are not
responsible for any accidents or injuries.  Expatflyers has the
right to refuse people who may cause disruption to members
or who are not fit to fly.

Weather

Ideal conditions for flight are winds less than ten miles per hour and
no rain or snow. We are able to go up in stronger winds but use this
as a guide line to avoid waisted and expensive journeys getting to us
and then not being able to fly. Please check the weather before
coming and make sure you leave a contact phone number so we can
advice you if we can fly or not.  You can also contact me form 7.00
am on weekends for weather advice. We are not responsible for
cancelled flights due to weather. Cancelled flights will be refunded or
reschedule
