The ultimate Weekend and five hour package
Our weekend and five hour packages not only gives you all the basics but will set you up on an approach to landing by the time you've finished flying.
Both weekend and five hour packages cover use a building block. Our course follows the same outline as with both JAA and FAA flight training syllabus although the material we use is JAA (European) because it is far better than the FAA training materials for inexperienced pilots. The course uses a building block method of learning. Each lesson will introduce you to a new type of maneuver and also help you further develop what you were taught in the previous lesson. Weekend Course The weekend course is divided into four thirty minute lessons. Thirty minutes flying is an ideal time for someone with no flying experience as there is a lot to learn at first. By the end of the weekend you should have learned most upper air work. Basic Course The basic course starts with five thirty minute lessons and then three fifty minute lessons as you will be doing more of the flying yourself. We will also need more time in the plane to accomplish more maneuvers during the flight. By the end of both courses you should be able to accomplish an assisted take off.
The first block looks at the fundamentals of flying an airplane. Each flight will involve flying to the practice area and building on the following maneuvers 1. Fundamentals including primary and secondary affects of the controls. 2. Basic turns, straight and level, flights at different speeds. 3. Secondary Controls which include using the trim and flap system. 4. Flying at MCA. This is the speed where the plane is just above stall speed. The controls feel very sensitive and mushy. This is how the plane feels on landing
5. Flying at MCA part two. This will also include airplane stalls. This is the speed where the plane no longer can sustain enough lift to fly and will go into a dive. 6. Performance turns. These are turns of 45 degree banks. The airplane will have an over banking tendency and you will have the sensation of G force in the turns, awesome fun |

More Information about instructors and the club These courses are aimed towards people with no flying experience. This is the only training we can offer at the moment. We will be holding more flying day events for people to come back and fly more every month at special membership rates. Membership is limited so we can get good availability. Our club rates are amazing compared to flying elsewhere. We are 150,000 won an hour cheaper than the aviation university flying general aviation planes and forty pound an hour cheaper than the United Kingdom. Our instructors have over fifty years flying experience between the two of them making them true veteran pilots with a high skill for teaching new pilots. Last year Matthew Walker trained two hundred people through weekend courses alone. Membership Club membership is 60,000 won . Club membership covers both weekend and five hour courses and is valid for a month. Contact us for more details.

Local motels Motels in the area can vary in price from $50.00 -$100.00 a night. There are some good hotels located near Taean Airport. There is also a nice pension located next to the beach and only ten minutes walk from the airport. Pensions usually require a small group as they are more expensive than motels.
